Cork can be installed over radiant heat; however, several factors should be considered.
1. Cork flooring is insulative, so cork flooring will not get as warm as quickly as other flooring, like porcelain tiles.
2. Radiant flooring under cork should never be warmer than 28 °C (85°F).
3. Floating flooring can be installed directly over radiant heating pads; however, glue-down flooring must have a subfloor in between to adhere to the cork flooring.
