What is a pre-order and how does it work?Updated a month ago

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is in stock. When you place a pre-order, a 10% discount is automatically applied at checkout as a thank-you for your patience.

Most pre-order items have an expected lead time of 16 weeks, unless a different timeframe is indicated on the product page. Your order will ship on or before the lead time shown at checkout.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your pre-order before the expected lead time, please contact us to submit your cancellation request. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee will be applied, and you will receive a 90% refund of your order total.

If your order does not ship within the expected lead time and you wish to cancel, please contact us and we will process a full 100% refund upon your request.
